Assembling the pieces

Coming together. The warm woods, the antique bed and windows, the killer monkey lamps with the great shades, and those great birds on the bedding. The delicate embroidered sheers for softness, still working on the perfect curtains and two bedside chests... nearly done. Using the antique windows alongside is presenting a problem with the placement of the curtains and curtain rod, which was intended to extend well beyond the window itself so the curtains don't obstruct the light, and the window will appear bigger than it is. Add the puffy, snuggly down comforters, and it's all good.
