Pottery Barn again. Spring Butterfly Organic Duvet. This does change things slightly, it leans awy from Hollywood glam, no silver, and nodds a bit more towards country, but the blue is right and the butterflies are nice.

I LOVE this one, it's very barkcloth like, very disappointing that it is sold out, but will look for one on ebay. Funny thing though, the prices for Pottery Barn items on ebay are higher than they are at Pottery Barn.
Update: Got it on ebay, Queen size.
